Fire Risk Assessments (FRA)

The purpose of FRA is to determine whether existing fire precautions are adequate and reasonable relative to the overall fire risks presented or if it requires reduction via control measures as per local and international codes and standards.

A fire risk assessment must fulfil a number of criteria includes and not limited to Identify the fire hazards within the premises, findings and measures to reduce and manage the fire risks, identify any group of persons especially at risk, prepare a written record and arrange regular assessment review.
